Problem I/O error 32 (again) during ISTool installation

Hello,
I installed newest ISTool and it finished with error message - see att. I
already reported this error some time ago. Jordan thought it must be
somewhere in my script or computer. I'm not sure. This error I can see not
only on my computer and now not only with my installation. And it is at the
end of installtion. When I run this installation once again, no error
appears. It's strange... (see reason of this error on FAQ).

I understand it is difficult to find what's wrong, so please add logging to
InnoSetup.
